Roger Oliveira de Mattos is from São Mateus, Espírito Santo, Brazil, and currently lives in Vila Velha. At 38, he studies Theology at Faculdade Refidim, with the purpose of deepening his knowledge of the Scriptures and teaching the Word of God, with emphasis on classical Pentecostal tradition.
